User-Generated Content
We store content you create while using the Service, including:

- Shadow work reflections
- Deconstruction reflections
- Practice favorites and bookmarks
- Course progress and completions
Your content is private. We do not share, sell, or use your personal journal entries or reflections for any purpose other than providing the Service to you. Your content is isolated to your account and not visible to other users or third parties.
